Setting SMART Goals

Don't get too overwhelmed.  This can be easy to implement with a few steps:
  1. Set a topic (health, wellbeing, fitness, organization)
  2. Set 1 short term goal & 1 long term goal
  3. Set small, achievable actions as you work towards both long and short term goal
  4. Check in with yourself every week for 3 weeks - Keep with it or revise
