Don't get too overwhelmed. This can be easy to implement with a few steps:

Set a topic (health, wellbeing, fitness, organization)

Set 1 short term goal & 1 long term goal

Set small, achievable actions as you work towards both long and short term goal

Check in with yourself every week for 3 weeks - Keep with it or revise
