Fresh is best! #lightlunch for keeping productivity up even when you #workfromhome.


Empty the crisper drawer with this light and healthy snack.  


Here is one suggestion.  



Flour Tortilla, 2 tablespoons hummus, 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese, fresh roquette, fresh basil, cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and cracked pepper. 



  • Smear hummus onto tortilla

  • Sprinkle cheese

  • Layer veggies

  • Add black pepper

  • Broil low for 3 minutes

  • Bake on 350 for 6 minutes
