Hummus, Lox & Mixed greens on toast as a light meal


Great way to start the day. Eat fresh! It's easy. Here's how:

  1. Lightly toast a slice of fresh bakery bread

  2. Smear with 1 tablespoon hummus

  3. Add nitrate free wild salmon lox

  4. Crush mixed greens on top

  5. Add slices of sun dried tomatoes

  6. Top with shaved asiago cheese

  7. Toast to melt cheese

  8. Enjoy!
