Hummus, Lox & Mixed greens on toast as a light meal

Great way to start the day. Eat fresh! It's easy. Here's how:
Lightly toast a slice of fresh bakery bread
Smear with 1 tablespoon hummus
Add nitrate free wild salmon lox
Crush mixed greens on top
Add slices of sun dried tomatoes
Top with shaved asiago cheese
Toast to melt cheese
